Rooms and apartments are available from 3:00 p.m.

We are happy to arrange a babysitter for an hourly fee.

On request, the following items can be made available for the duration of your stay: nappy bin, changing mat, baby towel, bottle warmer, wooden cot, pushchair or trekking buggy, long-range baby monitor via smartphone, highchair, and hotplates with cookware.

We do not offer special conditions for credit card payments. American Express is not accepted.

Our prices are per person per day with half board.

Half board includes the following services:

• Extensive breakfast buffet with local products, organic corner, and more
• Small à la carte buffet with salads, cold starters in summer, and live-cooking dishes in winter (surcharge applies)
• Cakes and snacks from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Dinner with a daily buffet selection of salads, starters, desserts, and cheeses, as well as a choice of several menus, such as whole food and vegetarian dishes, Tyrolean farmer’s buffet
• Separate children’s buffet from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• We cater for food intolerances and are happy to cook low-histamine, lactose-free, and gluten-free meals on request

For two adults in a room with half board, you will receive the following child discounts:

• Children under 1: €15.00
• Children aged 1 or 2: 80%
• Children aged 3 to 5: 50%
• Children aged 6 to 11: 30%
• Children aged 12 and over: 20%
• Child discount for rooms occupied by only 1 adult and 1 child: 20% (regardless of age)
• Child discount for rooms with connecting doors: 10% (regardless of age)

Supervised lunch is included in the half-board price for children participating in group ski lessons.

  • Children and adults: €50.00
• Child discount: Children under 1 year old stay free; guests aged 1 year and over are counted as additional persons.
• Cleaning: Final cleaning is charged at €80.00 for stays of 4 nights or more and €40.00 for stays of up to 3 nights.
• On request: Daily cleaning in addition to final cleaning (€7.00 per cleaning) and interim cleaning (€20.00 per cleaning)
• Included: Use of the Dolomit Panorama Spa, childcare, participation in the entertainment and sports programme

Cancellation of your booking is free of charge up to 2 months before arrival. Otherwise, the following cancellation fees apply:

• 50% of the total package price for cancellations up to 1 month before the date of arrival
• 100% for shorter notice or early departure

We recommend arranging travel cancellation insurance to avoid high charges in the event of illness or other unforeseen circumstances.

Single room supplement: €35.00/day
New Year’s Eve supplement: €40.00
Room service: €4.00

The following items are not included in the price of your stay and will be charged separately:

• Local tourist tax of €3.50 per person/night (children under 14 are exempt)
• Surcharge for short stays from Friday to Sunday: 10%
• Underground car park: €15.00 per day
• Pets: €25.00 per day
• Washing machine and dryer: €10.00 (per use)
