Thanks to large window fronts, the air inside the indoor adventure pool warms up beautifully – that means the water may feel slightly cool at first, although we maintain a consistent temperature of 29–30°C. Even the little ones can splash safely at our child-friendly South Tyrol hotel pool.

There’s nothing quite so soothing as the warmth of a sauna after a full day in the mountains – especially here in the Sexten Dolomites. At our Dolomites hotel pool and sauna resort, you can ease your tired muscles in the Finnish sauna at 90°C, relax in the bio sauna with herbal infusions at 55°C, breathe deeply in the rock crystal aroma steam grotto at 45°C, or enjoy the gentle, lasting heat of the infrared cabin.
Even children can experience their first sauna moments here. From 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., our saunas are open to the whole family – sharing warmth and wellness across generations. Please keep in mind that after 3:00 p.m., the sauna area is reserved for guests aged 12 and over, ensuring quiet and relaxation for all.
