The Königswarte was recently extended and renovated. In addition to the apartments appreciated by our regular guests, the residence now also offers the new "Strata" wing with brand new suites for families, all with separate living rooms and bedrooms. This is a true gem of modern architecture and supreme quality, fully respecting the landscape. A highly intimate atmosphere has been created with the careful use of exclusively local materials like loden, leather, larch wood and Dolomite stone. You can naturally also use the Rainer wellness services. Your children can enjoy themselves in the fun “Almetta” games room. It is located near the Rainer Hotel and is mainly available for rent on reservation. Breakfast, dinner or half board are available on request.

The Alma Comfort Residence lives up to its name in full: comfortable apartments furnished in a youthful style and designed for families who prefer not to renounce their habits while on holiday. The splendid south-facing balcony overlooks the fantastic natural landscape of the Val di Sesto. The Alma Residence is located near the "Rainer Hotel" so you can still make use of all the Rainer wellness services. The fun "Almetta" games room is immediately inside the building. The welcome Villa Rainer is located in a particularly quiet area above Sesto, on a sun-kissed slope just 2 km away from the Rainer Hotel. Our motto is life in harmony with nature: all our apartments are furnished with fully eco-friendly furniture made of untreated larch wood. The kitchen is perfectly furnished. You can look forward to hours of peace and relaxation in the splendid sunny garden. The apartments are only available for rent, but you can still make use of all our Rainer wellness services.
