Terms and conditions for half board stays

The prices are per person per day at half board.
Reductions for children in a room with 2 adults and half board:
under 1 year of age, 15 Euro
1-2 years, -80% discount
3-5 years, -50% discount
6-11 years, -30% discount
12 years and above, -20%
Reduction for children with only 1 adult in the room: -20% irrespective of age.
Reduction for children in rooms with communicating door: -10% irrespective of age.
Surcharge for single room: 10 Euro/day/low season
Room service: 4 Euro

Terms and conditions for rental

The prices are for 2 people per day, for accommodation only
Extra charge for each additional person children till 11,9 years of age 15. to 25. € - adults 45 €
Reduction for children: free for children under 1 year of age; above 1 year, children are considered as an additional person
Equipment for children 5 Euro/stay
Cleaning: Final cleaning charge 80.- Euro from 4 nights and 40.- until 3 nights.
on request: daily cleaning in addition to final cleaning, 7 Euro

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: “Dolomit Panorama Spa”, child care for children aged 3 years and above, schedule of activities and sports

Additional charge for buffet breakfast & dinner:

Buffet breakfast:

Children up to 6 years of age: 8 Euro
Children aged 6 to 12: 15 Euro
12 years and above: 20 Euro

Tourist tax levied on stays:

Children under 14 years of aged are not subject to this tax
Additional charge for short stays from Friday to Sunday: 10%
Underground garage 15 Euro daily

Coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer 10 Euro
Time of arrival for guests of the rooms and apartments from 15.00

Payment: We prefer payment by cheque or in cash. We do not offer special conditions for payment by credit card. We do not accept American Express.

Sometimes the unexpected happens! Children can get sick right before leaving on holiday or after you have arrived! It is annoying when you have to cancel your holidays or go home early! But it is even more annoying if you have to pay a cancellation fee.

Our cancellation conditions

It is possible to cancel your room reservation without a fee up to 2 months prior to your date of arrival. Otherwise, the following cancellation fees apply:

50% of the entire cost of the stay if cancelling 1 month prior to the arrival date
100% if cancelling earlier or in the case of early departure
