The Königswarte Residence in Sesto offers its guests apartments with all the hallmarks of well-being. The famous main building of the Königswarte was extended in 2008, with the addition of the innovative “Strata” wing. The Königswarte Residence has generous, comfortable and functional apartments with living rooms and separate bedrooms, while the “Strata” wing stands out for its extraordinary design. It was built using mainly local materials like loden, leather, larch wood and Dolomite stone.

For the “Strata” we won the Piper’s Award 2008, next generation architect, and the Alpine Interior Award 2011. We have also taken part in many exhibitions, including the Nodal Landscapes 2011, DAZ (Deutsches Architektur Zentrum), Berlin, and the touring exhibition Alpen Architektur Tourismus 2014, Kunstmeranoarte, Merano, Berlin
