Terms and conditions

• Prices are shown on a per day/per person basis with half board arrangement 
• Extra charge for short stay Friday to Sunday: 5 %. 
• Tax, additional charges and 10 % VAT included 
• Children discount (sharing room with 2 adults at full price):
  0 – 1 yrs, free,
  1 – 3 yrs, 15 Euro,
  3 – 6 yrs, 60 %,
  6 – 12 yrs, 40 %,
  from 12 yrs, 20 %,
  Room with one adult + one children: 20 % regardless of age 
• In adjoining rooms, connected with door, children are entitled to 10 % off regardless of age. 
• Single room surcharge (double room - single occupant): Euro 10, per day (pre e post peak season), Euro 36,– per day (peak season) 
• Underground: Euro 10,– day 
• Pets: Euro 10,– day 
• Room service: Euro 4,– 
• Rooms and apartments are available from 15:00 on check in and must be vacated by 11:00 when checking out. 
• Cancellation: free of charge up until one month from the check-in date! 10% of the agreed price up until 14 days prior to check in date. Shorter notice cancellations or early departures will be charged at 70% of the agreed price. 
• We recommend you sign up for an Elvia travel-holiday cancellation insurance when making your reservation with us. We will gladly post you a form through the mail. You can also find it online at www.elviab2b.de 
• Payment: cash, check or bank transfer. 
• Payments with credit card are not eligible for special offers or discounts Subject to change.

Rent: 

• Prices are given on a per day/ per 2 person rent basis 
• Prices are inclusive of heating, electricity, towels and linen surcharges. 
• Extra person = at least 1 year old 
• Cleaning: thorough once a week cleaning service Euro 46.-, or daily service Euro 10.-. For stays up to 4 days long the thorough cleaning price will be charged. 
• Breakfast buffet: Euro 10.- per person, Euro 5.- children (3-12 yrs) 
• Pets: Euro 10.- per day 
• Garage: Euro 10.- per day 
• Bathrobe hire: Euro 5.- (per stay) 
• „Newborn complete package” hire: Euro 5.- per week

• The use of all Rainer Hotel’s structures (swimming pool, saunas, Kneipp systems and parks, fitness tracks, indoor and outdoor playgrounds etc) is included.
