Our kitchen staff is particularly skilled in the combination of traditional Tyrolean recipes with the fresh culinary art of the Mediterranean regions. Our chef has been awarded a bronze medal twice at the chef’s Olympics .

Gastronomic days
You will start off the day with a rich selection from our breakfast buffet (biologic cereals and vitamin corner). You can then have lunch á la carte in our “Small dining room”. In the evening you will have a choice of three menus, a rich salad and vegetable buffet and every day a large selection of cold appetizers, cheese and dessert buffet. We also prepare whole-food dishes. For a quick snack our guests can enjoy (free of charge) our cakes-table from 15:00 to 17:00!

If you are staying in one of our apartments and would like to dine at ours, please just let us know and reserve a table in advance! For guests preferring freedom and independence we offer a „Take-Away“ service. You can choose your menu in the morning and pick up your order in the evening before 19:00 in practical aluminium boxes. (your apartment is equipped with a microwave oven to heat up your food) Quick, easy and tasty!
